We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment – NO
CHARGE.

Less than 24hrs, same day or No Show – 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

We appreciate that there will be some circumstances where change is unavoidable and charges will be at the therapists/stylists discretion.
